Band has a new account system

The Patriot Band has a new software in place for student accounts.

• Go to https://www.charmsoffice.com/ and select the ENTER/LOGIN at the top right.
• Select the Parent/Student area and enter JAYPATRIOTBAND for the school code.
• Enter your student ID that was provided to your student.
• You can change your password/ID to enter after the first time you log in.
• Please make sure contact information including email address is accurate and up to date in order for us to send email statements to you in the future and a cell phone number as well.

Your student was given this information including their initial ID password.  Please check with them.

Philly Trip Payments

Tuesday, Sept. 24 and Tuesday, Oct. 15, the final two Philly payments are due.

Sept 24th  $75
Oct. 15th $95

The total cost of the Philly is $845.  Any behind payments need to be taken care of immediately.  Please check your charms account to find out your current balance for the trip.  If you have any questions, please call Mr. Smeltzer at 726-9306.
