Trumpet players Tricia Kaufman, Briann Horn, Jill Siegrist, and Angie Scott play the school's fight song during the pregame festivities. The band plays at each home boys' basketball and football game to support the athletes.

The Jay County Band and Guard demonstrate their abilities while marching down Meridian during the Homecoming parade. This is the second band uniform.

Patriot guard members sit and pass time by watching the varsity game. The guard spends many hours here on weekends to perform at every home boys game before "The Star Spangled Banner."

Preparing to toss their flags into the air are Brooke Somers, Kristi Smith, Jill Roessner, Sarina Roberts, and Cara Cramer. These five, along with many other members, meet during second hour every day to practice these tricks that keep the crowd watching.
